		<description>How about if the government created compelling PSAs to advertise that exact info?! I had no idea our water was so stringently tested! I bet even if they just created a contest, lots of advertising students would submit entries, which would create more buzz around the issue! 
Now, I hear a rumor that Jersey tap water is not so clean. Is that true? Do the regulations differ by state? Great topic!</description>
