		<description>I was at Uncle Louie G&#039;s yesterday on Prospect Park SW with my 3-year-old and we asked for a small cup of tap water.  The manager said they were not allowed to give out water due to Health Department regulations because it isn&#039;t filtered.  Anyone know if that&#039;s true?
