		<description>well, take heart, this issue wasn't even on the radar just a few years ago. seriously, how many of your friends knew what "combined sewer overflow" was in 2005? for city government to consider green roofs and urban landscaping serious solutions is amazing; in the past they would have just built more sewage treatment plants.</description>
